WHAT ARE THE PLANS?

 
  • FACT: This development will be HUGE. It will offer 350,000 sq. feet of commercial retail space. These numbers are presented by the BDC and you may see (one of their many) proposed site plans here.

  • FACT: This REGIONAL DEVELOPMENT will be LARGER than the Lowe's Plaza (see photo here) located at the (awful) intersection of Maple Rd. and Transit Rd.

TRAFFIC IMPACT
STUDY

Please note the Accident Analysis is included. I have been unable to locate direct information regarding a traffic analysis for the side streets, Fairways, Lynn Lea, Donna Lea, Sunrise, and Frankhauser (plus others). It is mentioned based on the traffic flow at Maple and Donna Lea that the side street traffic would not be impacted. We strongly disagree with that and request an independent study.
